Energy-Boosting Breakfast Smoothie
2 Bananas, sliced. Fresh is good, frozen is better
1/3 Cup of Orange juice
1 Cup of Natural yogurt
2 tbsp of Honey
1/2 Cup of ice cubes
Slices of fresh orange, to decorate
Put ice cubes and frozen bananas in the blender and blend.
Pour the yogurt, orange juice and honey into a food processor and process gently until mixed thoroughly and smooth.
Pour the combination into glasses and decorate using fresh orange slices.
