“We have grocery shopped here for years!!! The store to watch in the future!!! I recently went shopping there and was about to buy some inexpensive disposable razors…looking in that area, I discover”

“I have been shopping here for 20 years, YUP it has been there that long. This place has great prices, is clean and the management is always visible and cares about what is going on. The only other store in the area that is better is the Swanzey Market Basket. The place is packed with Massholes on the weekends and they do not have common courtesy but that is not the stores fault, they are all over Rindge all the time. That is part of living on a border town….

As for customer service, a cashier is going to move you through not comment on the meaning of life. Prices have gone up a bit lately and they may have to do with Arthur Ts departure….

Great store and glad to have it close by….”

“I love your store, it’s clean and stocked well, your prices are very reasonable, far better than S & S, Hannaford, I drive from Gardner to Rindge, and still save money! Your staff is the BEST, very friendly, helpful, courteous, makes the chore of shopping more bearable. Only problem I have ever had is with the “baggers”, sometimes, they tend to just throw things in any old way, seem to want to put all heavy things in one bag, instead of some light, some heavy, or put bread, fruit etc on bottom and then heavy can goods or meat etc on top, younger people are most guilty of this., just need a little training in this area. Wish there was one in Gardner, I know a lot of people just in my neighborhood that would love it.”

“Best overall grocery store! I work in Southern Massachusetts and have a house in Keene, NH. Whenever I can I visit one of the MarketBaskets. Overall they are the best deal of all grocery stores around. Yes, I’ll check out the sales in Shaws, Hannefords and Pricechopper, but if I can only make one store this is where I go. If green beans are 99cents/lb there, other stores are apt to have them for $1.79. Joseph’s Pita Bread are usually $2.50 here, but at Shaws/Hannefords etc, they are usually marked with a different tag and usually at $$3.69. Overall I think that by doing the bulk of my shopping here I save about 40%. Good people, good service, surprising large so far out in the boonies with a nearby Walmart too. Worth visiting. Closes Sat @9pm and Sunday @7PM.”
